Dude's Sriracha Roasted Almonds

Do you like almonds and/or spicy stuff? These sort of spicy almonds are perfect. (The gourd is just for looks.)
The recipe for almonds is in the picture below:
Follow these steps to make them:
1) Dump 2 frothy egg whites into a bowl with 4 cups of almonds.
2) Stir.
3. Dump in the Sriracha sauce, use a spoon if necessary.  A 1/2 cup makes it spicier.
4. Add garlic and onion powder.
5. Add chile powder and salt.
6. Stir some more.
7. Put the almonds on to a baking sheet.  Airbake cookie sheets work great.  I also use a silicon mat.
8. Spread the almonds evenly on the pan.
9. Add some more chile powder, if you want to.
10. Bake at 300F for 30-40 minutes.  Stir once or twice.  When done they should look like the photo below and be crunchy.
Here's a photo that you can pin.
Let me know if you try them.  What would you add to the almonds?
Enjoy!
Dude
