Make a Thanksgiving Turkey Shaped Bread

Do you want two turkeys on your table this Thanksgiving?  Or are you allergic to turkey?  This turkey is made of bread, not meat.
I used my blue ribbon sourdough recipe to make the bread dough.  Break 1/3 of the dough off and put aside for later. Shape the remaining 2/3 of dough into the shape of a turkey's body.
Break two parts off of the extra dough, these will be your turkey legs. Shape them into drumstick shapes. Leave some extra for wings.
Push the legs onto the back of the turkey, they should have about an inch in between them.  That is where the turkey's tail would be. (would be, this turkey never had a tail.)
It should look like this:
Use the remaining dough to make wings.  Add them to the front of the turkey.
Brush your finished turkey with salt water.
Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees, and cook for 30-40 minutes.
All done!  Now there's one thing left: EAT!

What kind of food do you make for Thanksgiving?
